At Oman Exchange App, we are committed to providing prompt, secure, and reliable delivery of all services offered through our Core Remittance Module and Mobile Application for Remittance and Currency exchange. This Delivery Policy explains the expected delivery timelines, methods, and conditions under which we provide services to our users.

1. Remittance Services

  • We offer international money transfer services through our authorized partners and global agents, including MTO.

a. Cash Pickup Service

  • Funds are typically available for pickup within minutes to a few hours, depending on the recipient country and agent.
  • Users will receive a reference or tracking number (MTCN) after the transaction is processed.

b. Credit to Bank Account

  • Remittance is credited directly to the recipient’s bank account or depending on correspondence service but not more than 2 working days.

c. Mobile Wallet Transfers

  • Funds sent to supported mobile wallets (e.g., bKash in Bangladesh, GCash in Philippines) are generally delivered within minutes to 24 hours.

2. Currency Exchange

We facilitate foreign currency exchange at competitive rates.

  • Exchange is typically processed instantly or within a few minutes, based on availability and system load.

3. Wage Earners Development Bond (WEDB) Bangladeshi Nationals Only.

We facilitate the application and processing of WEDB through authorized channels.

  • Bond issuance generally takes 5–10 working days after successful application and fund transfer.

4. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely service, certain factors may cause delays, including:

  • Public holidays or non-banking days in the destination country
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Compliance or regulatory reviews
  • Technical issues with partner systems (e.g., bank or payment gateway delays)

We will notify you via the app, email, or SMS in case of delays.

5. Transactions and Refunds Failed

If a service request fails due to technical, compliance, or user input errors:

  • The transaction will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 1–5 working days depending on your bank or card provider
  • You will be notified promptly by details of the failure
