The opening of Fixed Deposits in IFIC Bank PLC and WEB (for Bangladeshi nationals only) steps are following below.
- Have a bank account with IFIC Bank PLC (savings/current account is required first).
- Choose the deposit amount.
- Select the tenure (6 months, 1 year, 3 years or more).
- National ID for applicants and nominees.
- Passport, Visa and Resident card’s copy for applicant.
- Passport size photo for applicants and nominees.
- Fill out form at the branch.
- Deposit the amount through your bank account.
- Receive the Fixed Deposit or WEB Certificate showing amount, tenure, and interest rate.
- Interest is paid either monthly or at maturity, depending on your choice.
